Intentional Peace

Too often we forget where we are, what we are doing and where we are going. We forget to take a second to pause, breathe and listen. Do it right now. What do you hear?

What do you see? What do you notice about your body? This act of slowing down to intentionally take in what is going on around and within us is one way to enter into a moment of peace. We overcomplicate methods and practices of how to achieve and find peace. But what if it was all much simpler? I believe it is.

Tuning your mind and senses into the moment. Engaging breath by choice allows us to also tap into full awareness. It may look different for every person, but start simple and be intentionally present to the moment. You may learn more about yourself and find there is a deeper purpose to how and why you were created. It's not that deep, but it's when you choose to listen, you will learn more than ever before.
