About

Welcome! My name is Jess and I am a strength and conditioning coach who works with athletes and active individuals. My experience has led me to realize there is so much more to life outside of training. Overtime, I have seen how performance without purpose leads to burnout, disconnection and lost passion in either sport or career.

Addressing health from a broader perspective helps you live life intentionally and know that there is greater purpose for your life.

This platform exists to help athletes train hard, care for their health, and live with intention. Using this as a space to build understanding, connection, and guide the athlete in us all.

HEALTH: “A state of complete physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

— World Health Organization

Train with Purpose.

Live with Intent.
