Busyness, Build up, and Burnout.

Each person is at a different stage of life. We go in and out of seasons where you are working really hard, the schedule is full and you’re always striving for the next goal. Now while all of this will and is important to your life, what will hurt you is staying in this state long term. The inability to enter and exit these seasons with intention. It is when we are oblivious to what is going on around and in us do we skip the problem solving and hit burnout. If this happens, not to worry. Burnout is something you can and will be able to come out of.

  1. Make a list of what fills your days.

  2. Identify what are priorities and what are fillers.

  3. Identify what will lead you towards your goals and what is pulling you away from them.

  4. Remove or replace them with new substitutes.

  5. MAKE TIME to rest. Sleep is the #1 and only true method for recovery. It does more than you can ever think for your body, mind, and soul.

  6. Learn to say no to things that are outside of your capacity.

It is not too late to rebuild a foundation that will prevent you from burnout in your life.

Whether you are an athlete juggling many responsibilities with intense physical strain, a student with high levels of mental strain, or any person who has many roles and routines; there are endless reasons why we don’t prioritize our health until it’s too late and you hit your max.

Start now and learn to reflect, rest and refocus.
