Grilled Chicken

The go to and best way to batch cook chicken for meal prep.

Simple. Easy. Convenient.

For the seasoning:

  • 1 tsp Oregano

  • 1 tsp Basil

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1 TBSP Pink/Kosher Salt

  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • Fresh Rosemary, Basil, or Thyme(chopped)

  • Olive Oil 

Pound out chicken breasts until even thickness (key to success). Rub olive oil on both sides just to coat. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on both sides and rub in evenly. Place on the grill cooking for 4-6min/side (or until internal temperature reaches 165F). Let cool slightly then slice and serve.
