Showing Up Ready
I think we underestimate the importance of how we show up.
Ask yourself before you enter a room, “Am I showing up as the best version of myself?”Whether the answer is yes or no, ask yourself why and how maybe you can change before entering that place.
The impact you have not only on yourself with your mindset, but the impact on those around you makes more of a difference then you think.
Being aware of how you carry yourself into a room and interact with your surroundings is important to tap into. Think of how much more growth can be had for instance when you show up to train believing that it will better your health, clear your mind, and allow you to either do your sport/job/life better. Now when you enter that space you are ready to put in the work no matter what it takes to become that better version of yourself.
Even before you step into your house, ensuring you are ready to refocus your attention from maybe your job, responsibilities or thoughts to those you love and care about. What a difference it makes not only on how you feel but those you love. Human connection is more of an impact on our health than we realize. Understanding the importance of it will make you think a bit more about how you choose to show up.
